I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor, registered child and adolescent psychotherapist with an extensive and diverse client base. I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for many years, in the NHS (HSE), the education sector, and various voluntary organisations, and until December 2018, I was a student counsellor at the Law Society of Dublin for over three years.

I have a clinic at 44  Adelaide Road Dublin 2, (off Leeson Street) where I offer individuals, couples counselling as well as  clinical supervision.

I  have a private practice in North/Central Dublin where  I work with individual  clients on both short-and  long-term bases.  I have a great deal  of experience of working with children and teenagers svensktapotek.net.

I also provide supervision to other counsellors and psychotherapists.

In my experience, clients seek the service of a counsellor for a variety of reasons. They may be experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling with relationships, bereavement, or self-esteem / low self-worth issues, or trying to make sense of something that is stopping them from getting the very best out of their life.

Choosing a counsellor is a very personal decision- it is a relationship in which ‘trust’ is paramount. It is in ‘trusting the process’ that change will happen.
